Stoltz Engineered Solutions, LLC (SES) was founded in the suburbs of Detroit, taking on small embedded electronic jobs in the evenings, as a technical escape from my Fortune 500 engineering day job.
After 30 years in industry, I realized I love anything that has to do with an engineering lab. I enjoyed building test stands to test transmission gear efficiency, hydraulic system performance, radar alignment, motor inverters, and DC-DC converters. In fact, I loved designing test systems more than I enjoyed designing the products I tested on them!
Taking on a business partner and leveraging our network of amazing and talented people we have had the privilege of working with, we made SES our day job, building the company we want to work for with the people we love working with.
For us "Solution" means solving customer challenges with flexibility.
